What will YOU do with your one wild and precious life?” -from Mary Oliver

Why this matters

You weren’t made to just keep the wheels turning — at work, at home, or for everyone else. You were made to grow, to feel alive, to live in a way that fits you from the inside out.

And when you’ve been giving for years, it’s easy to forget what you need most.

When you’re out of alignment, that quiet ache appears: restlessness, emotional exhaustion, or longing for something deeper — connection, joy, meaning.

Taking time for yourself isn’t selfish. It’s how you return to your life with more presence, clarity, and love.

The Life Align Retreat invites you to align from the inside out. Over the weekend, you will:

  • Pause the noise and reconnect with what lights you up.

  • Ground your body and heart through nature, reflection, and embodied practice.

  • Meet like-minded people who understand the call for “something more.”

  • Create your next-chapter map with clear, doable steps for life after the retreat.

Who this is for

This retreat is for you if you:

  • Are doing good work and caring for others, but feel like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way.

  • Love your life, but crave space to breathe and listen to what’s next.

  • Are ready to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover what alignment feels like.

  • Want a weekend that nourishes both your spirit and your sense of direction.

A Note from Alisa

I created the Life Align Retreat for people who, like me, have spent years showing up for work, family, and everyone else — and realized somewhere along the way, we stopped hearing our own voice.

This weekend is about remembering that voice. It’s about reconnecting to the wisdom within you, and allowing nature, reflection, and community to help you realign with what truly matters.

If you’ve been craving a pause — not to escape your life, but to come home to yourself — I’d love for you to join us.

Let’s remember together what it feels like to live aligned, on purpose, and from the heart.

With heart, Alisa

I am a Guide.

For much of my life, I prioritized building a path that made sense to others—raising a family, achieving career goals, and creating a life that looked successful on the outside. I focused on taking care of business and doing what I thought I should do, often at the expense of my own inner calling for deeper purpose.

Over time, I realized it doesn’t have to be one or the other—you can live from the heart and maintain financial and practical stability. Small shifts in mindset, choices, and habits can make the difference between feeling stuck and pleasing others, versus exploring and forging a more authentic path. This is where the gold is found.

Now, I support professionals, leaders, and creatives in stepping off the hamster wheel of externally-driven success and reconnecting with what truly matters. My work helps people return to themselves—so their lives and careers feel aligned, spacious, and deeply true.

I bring more than 30 years of personal and professional inner-work experience to this path, drawing from training as a CTI-certified coach and a Certified Intuitive Practitioner. My background includes dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Interior Design (summa cum laude, with a focus on sustainability), as well as advanced training in Authentic Leadership and numerous transformational modalities.

My approach blends intuition, grounded strategy, and deep inner listening. I support clients in connecting with their inner knowing, releasing outdated beliefs, and stepping confidently into the life they’re truly meant to live.
